The Sure Lee heel features a faux snakeskin printed upper with a thick strap at the open-toe, another mid foot, and an adjustable strap at the ankle all finished with a t-strap. This is my 1st purchase from heels.com. I've been crushing on this shoe for some time. I finally purchased the last pair in my size (9). I attempted to try them on but no luck. I am a true size 9, not wide across the bridge or anything, just average. I couldn't get my foot past the 1st strap across the foot on either foot. I finally got them in and noticed I couldn't squeeze past the 2nd strap. I have to believe the size is marked wrong. This fits like a 7. When I put the shoe to the bottom of my foot, my foot hung WAY OVER the shoe. The shoe stopped at the balls of my foot. Needless to say this is going to be returned. Sucks too because my size is sold out.
