How many shoes can I order with Heels At Home?

Heels At Home allows you to try two shoes  –  no less, no more!

Can I use a Promotion or Coupon Discount?

Heels At Home always offers a discount if you keep both shoes! Keep both shoes, and you will receive 50% off of the second shoe. Buy one, get one 50% always on Heels At Home! *Buy one, get 50% off of the second item of equal or lesser value on all Heels At Home orders! Other Promotions and Coupon Discounts are not valid on Heels At Home orders. Loyalty Points cannot be applied.*

How do I place a Heels At Home order?

Click the “Try for Free" button next to any style that you love! You will be prompted to select a second pair of shoes. You must select two shoes to on your Heels At Home order to proceed to check out.

Will you charge me at purchase?

No, Heels At Home allows you to try shoes for FREE. We require you to enter billing information to secure your order, but we will not charge you. A $1 authorization may appear when we validate your payment method, but this will reverse immediately. You will only be charged if you decide to keep the shoes, after the 5 day “try on period" expires.

Can I change my shipping address?

For security purposes, we can only accept your order if it ships to the billing address on the credit card. You will need to enter the primary billing address on your card. We cannot make any changes to your order after it has shipped.

I live outside the USA – can I place an order with Heels At Home?

Sorry, Heels At Home is valid only to the continental U.S. at this time.

I live in Alaska, Hawaii or an APO or FPO– can I place an order with Heels At Home?

After Ordering

When will I receive my shoes?

All Heels At Home orders ship with our free, 2-business day shipping via FedEx. Orders placed before 5pm Mon-Fri will ship on the same day and will be delivered in 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment which will provide you with an expected delivery date.

When does the 5 day “Try On” period begin?

Once we receive delivery confirmation on your order, the 5 day “Try On” period begins. You have 5 business days from the date of confirmed delivery. We will alert you of the exact return due date via email once delivery is confirmed.

How do I return any unwanted items?

If you don’t love your shoes, send them back before your due date! We provide a pre-paid FedEx return label in your box. Simply stick the label to the outside of the protective shipping package and place the shoes back inside. Insert your invoice for easy, quick processing. Be sure to drop off your returns at FedEx before your return due date!

I threw out the original shoe box. Can I still return the shoes?

No! You must place shoes back into their original packaging before returning. We cannot accept returns that do not have their shoe box! The shoe box must then be placed in a protective shipping box. Feel free to re-use the protective shipping box we send to you. Do not tape your label to the shoe box!

I wore my shoes around, but I don’t like them. Can I still return the shoes?

No! You may try on shoes lightly in a carpeted area, but any visible signs of wear or damage are not accepted for returns. You will be charged for any shoes that are worn, even if you ship them back to us.

When do you charge me?

After the 5 day “Try On” period has expired, we will charge you for any kept shoes. Shoes that are not in transit to us after the 5th day of the “Try On” period will be considered kept and will not be eligible for return. If you do return an item, we will not charge until we inspect your returns and determine which items are kept. Please allow 1 – 2 business day for processing. If you ship both shoes back before your return due date, you will never be charged.

Problems and Questions

Can I return shoes for a refund after I have been charged?

No, Heels At Home orders are final sale once you have been charged. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns.

I have lost my prepaid label; what do I do?

You may generate a pre-paid label here: Returns Form. Enter your Order Number and information to generate a label. Print the label and attach to the shipping box. If you do not enter your Order Number, our system will not recognize that your order is being returned and you may be charged after the 5 day “Try On” period expires.

Make sure you keep a copy of the label or record the tracking number. You can always contact us with more questions or for further assistance.

What happens if I don’t use your pre-paid return label?

We will not reimburse you if you decide to use an alternate shipping method for your return. Please use the pre-paid return label that we provide. It is your duty to contact us with any alternate return tracking numbers should you ship with another method.
