If you’re looking for a certain kind of shoe, a work shoe, or a formal shoe, you can start by selecting from our top menu. You’ll find yourself in the same shopping area, but the selection will already be narrowed slightly to the kind of shoes that fit your description (everyday, work, party, or fancy). Find the Shoes You’ll Love The heart of our site is the shopping section. You can begin your search from the main page, by clicking a style or brand, or click All Shoes at the top. You’ll find yourself looking at a huge array of heels, along with our navigation options where you can narrow your search to find the perfect pair of shoes just for you!
Narrow Your Search Our warehouse of shoes is huge! Perhaps you’d like to be a little more specific; let’s start with size. Click your size in the “Sizes” dialog, and you’ll see the array of shoes change (slightly). But wait! What if you’re a 7.5, but you also want to see 8s? Just click 8, and you’ll see shoes that come in 7.5 as well as shoes that come in 8. See how easy it is? The same goes for brand: Click BCBG, Jessica Simpson, and Report to see all shoes from those three lines. Then click color, to narrow, and perhaps size of heel, you get the idea!
You can make as many or as few selections as you’d like, to de-select a category, simply click the green button again to clear it. You may also clear all your selections by clicking “X” under the search boxes. You can also check “Sale Items Only” or “New Items Only” to show, respectively, our sale items or our new arrivals. Finally, you can choose to sort by price (low to high), price (high to low), or alphabetically.

Placing an order is easy! Just follow the instructions below.
Add To Your Shopping Cart. On any product page, select your size, color, and click the “Add To Shopping Cart” button.
When You’re Done Shopping, Check Out. You can get back to your cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link in the upper right hand corner of our site!
Review Your Order. You’ll want to make sure all the details are correct! You can “Edit Details” or “Delete” each shoe in your cart until your order is correct. If you have added shoes to your cart in the background, simply click “Update” to refresh the page.
If you want to start over, click “Clear Cart” to remove all items from your cart. This page is also where you enter any coupons or discount codes you may have, at the bottom. If you’re not done, you may choose to “Continue Shopping” or you can “Check Out” to place your order.
Login (or Register!). Simply enter your email address and password to proceed. If you’re a new customer, simply scroll down, registering is simple! You will probably want to peruse our Terms & Conditions page before registering.
Select Your Method of Payment. You may pay online with a credit card, points, or gift certificate. We also offer the option for placing a phone order by calling Toll Free 866-33-Heels.
Enter Payment Information. Simply enter your information to proceed. Credit Card orders will require the account holder’s name, the number on the card, the expiration date, and the verification code. For all other types of payment, simply follow the instructions. You may also enter any special notes associated with your order on this page.
Click Continue. Make sure everything is correct! When you click continue, your order will officially be placed.
Print Your Invoice. We recommend printing your invoice so you have a paper copy of the details of your order. An order notification will also be emailed to the provided address.
During the checkout process you can enter you promotional or coupon code by clicking on the coupon code tab in the payment method section of the checkout page.
Multiple coupon or promotional codes CAN NOT be combined with each other or when you are redeeming points.
