Customer Loyalty Points Program

Heels.com appreciates your continued patronage with our company; to show you that we like to give a little back to our customers we have created a Customer Loyalty Points Program. We would love to have every customer boast about their shopping experience with our company so this is our way of saying "Thank You."

How do I earn points?

When you register your order with Heels.com, your account will accumulate 1 point for every $ you spend. You can redeem your points at a rate of 15 points equal $1! So if you spend $150 in our store, you will get $10 off your next order!

Every 15 points = $1!

Please note that points will not be awarded if any points or coupon codes are used on your order.

How do I know how many points I have?

• Log into your Heels.com account.
• You should see in the pink box in your account how many points you have and how much of a discount they equal.

How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?

• When checking out, under #4 Payment Information, select the pink tab that says "Loyalty Points".
• Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order.
• Continue checking out as normal with your points discount applied!
