Your ground return should take no more than 3-5 days to arrive and a tracking number is provided with each return so that you and our customer service representatives have proof of return in the mail as well as a method to track the item. Our customer service representatives can still e-mail a prepaid USPS label to you by phone request. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the safety of that return or its timeliness.
Unlike the FedEx Label above, the Post Office Label does not include a free tracking number -- and in fact our customers were reporting that local post offices were giving them quite a bit of trouble when they attempted to add one. We also had several reports of missing packages. In addition, their stated 7-10 business days was about half the time which generally elapsed before they delivered our return boxes. You might remember our representatives quoting "2-3 weeks" or "up to a month" on the phone if you called to ask about your USPS return. We want you to return your items to us, for free, in a timely and safe manner, so that your Heels.com shopping experience is easy and enjoyable! The USPS label was not able to provide a level of service that was up to the Heels.com standard. We promise that you’ll love the FedEx return; it’s much faster, quite safe, easy to track, and just as easy to drop off.
