If you find any other site offering a better price for the same exact item you have purchased then you may submit a Price Protection inquiry to our company using your Heels.com account.

To utilize this program you will only need to complete a few steps
1. Please purchase the item on Heels.com before requesting a Price Guarantee. Follow the below procedures to get your refund.
2. Special offers such as sales, rebates, gift certificates and "buy one, get one" deals are not available through the Price Protection Guarantee.
3. The price difference applies to the full cost of the item on Heels.com minus any promotions, 2nd Day shipping costs, and does not include tax.
4. Make sure the item you wish to compare is the same size, style, and color that is listed on Heels.com, and the item must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s site. Keep in mind that this guarantee applies to Web sites only – no physical store locations can be used in the Price Protection Guarantee.
5. All paid-membership sites or auction sites are void of the Price Protection Guarantee. The site must also be run by a U.S. Corporation.

To obtain your Price Protection Guarantee – follow these simple steps
1. Login to your Heels.com account using the email address and password you provided when you placed your order.
2. Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
3. Click "My Order History"
4. Click on the order you would like to redeem.
5. Click the "115% Price Protection" link posted above your order invoice.
6. Enter the required information into the form - be sure to include the Competitor’s Product Link and Competitor’s Product Price so we know how much to reimburse you.
7. Provide any additional comments if any.
8. Click "Submit"
