For the convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order Signature Required. All orders over $300 are shipped signature required at no charge. Orders under $300 have the option of adding a signature required delivery for a $3 fee. With a signature, we can guarantee your package to your hands.
Heels.com highly recommends a signature. Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery.
If you are not home at the time of the attempt, the driver may choose to reattempt delivery at another time or return the package to the sender if several attempts are made without success. Please make alternative arrangements if you do not expect to be at home during delivery, or if your apartment has security access policies for deliveries. Heels.com is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to FedEx inability to deliver securely.

If you ship without a signature, FedEx has permission to leave your package outside the door. Although most delivery drivers do knock or ring the bell, they are not required to do so and may leave the package outside.
We cannot guarantee that FedEx will leave the package outside. FedEx may choose NOT to deliver if the delivery driver does not reach anyone at the time of delivery. At his or her discretion, the driver may choose to reattempt delivery at another time or return the package to the sender if several attempts are made without success. Heels.com offers free shipping to PO Box locations through the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Packages are shipped the day after the order is processed, with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. A USPS shipping option will NOT be provided at checkout, simply enter your shipping address as the PO Box, and your order will be routed appropriately in our shipping department. There is no extra charge for USPS shipping, and a delivery confirmation tracking number will be provided.
Heels.com offers free shipping to APO/FPO locations through the USPS Parcel Post. Please be advised that once your package passes out of the domestic United States, it can take 4-6 weeks or longer to reach its destination. A USPS shipping option will NOT be provided at checkout, simply enter your shipping address as the Box, and your order will be routed appropriately in our shipping department. There is no extra charge for USPS shipping, and a delivery confirmation tracking number will be provided.
We offer FedEx Next Day Air for an additional charge that is calculated during checkout. Please note that Overnight delivery can only arrive on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Friday with Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.
If you submit your order and find a problem with your address, you will need to contact us immediately. You cannot change your address online – only a Heels.com Representative can adjust your address.
Don’t worry! We can change your address for free until your order has shipped. After shipment, fees apply (see below). Please call us at 1 866 334 3357 or contact us by email using this form to inform us immediately of any address changes.

If you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has shipped. We cannot change your address any longer. There are no exceptions – when you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has left the warehouse. All changes after this time must be filed with FedEx and a $15 address change fee applies.
We can request that FedEx halt the package and re–label it with your new address. A $15 address change fee and a delay of up to 24 hours will apply to your delivery.
We apologize, but this fee exists regardless of how large or small the change is. A single digit on the zip code or an apartment number added will still incur this fee. We can’t avoid it– it is the FedEx address change fee.
Apartment numbers in particular provide a problem for FedEx when they are missing. If your address is missing the apartment number, you will need to call us and accept this charge so we can add it to your shipment. We are sorry, but FedEx will not deliver without the apartment number to an apartment complex of any kind. Without an apartment number, FedEx will eventually return the package to us. We are happy to reship your order for free, or to refund you for it upon its return. However, we cannot add an apartment number or change the address in any manner without the fee applied.
Domestic orders require an active telephone number to be entered, which will allow us to quickly contact you if order verification or additional information is required.
Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment on FedEx's website. If you have not received a tracking number and your order status is complete, please check your account history order details and the tracking number will be located at the bottom on the page.
Every order placed by 5PM Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time will be shipped through FedEx the same day. However, Heels.com cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. FedEx may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order.
