Please allow an extra day for shipment if your shipment period encompasses a UPS holiday.
If you require your shipment at an earlier date, we offer UPS Next Day Air to all available areas for an additional charge that is calculated during checkout. Please note that Overnight delivery is only on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday with Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.
All shipping time estimates of "2 days" ONLY apply to Domestic United States orders shipped through UPS 2nd Day. Heels.com does offer free shipping to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands through the United States Postal Service, but cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Heels.com offers free shipping to PO Box locations through the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Packages are shipped the day after the order is processed, with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. A USPS shipping option will NOT be provided at checkout, simply enter your shipping address as the PO Box, and your order will be routed appropriately in our shipping department. There is no extra charge for USPS shipping, and a delivery confirmation tracking number will be provided.
Heels.com offers free shipping to APO/FPO locations through the USPS Parcel Post. Please be advised that once your package passes out of the domestic United States, it can take 4-6 weeks or longer to reach its destination. A USPS shipping option will NOT be provided at checkout, simply enter your shipping address as the Box, and your order will be routed appropriately in our shipping department. There is no extra charge for USPS shipping, and a delivery confirmation tracking number will be provided.
To ensure that your order will process successfully and to avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping and billing information is entered correctly. Domestic orders require an active telephone number to be entered, which will allow us to quickly contact you if order verification or additional information is required. Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment on UPS's website. If you have not received a tracking number and your order status is complete, please check your account history order details and the tracking number will be located at the bottom on the page.
Every order placed by 5PM Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time will be shipped through UPS the same day. However, Heels.com cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. UPS may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order. Please enter a valid phone number where you can be reached in your account information to avoid delays, in case one of our Heels.com representatives needs to reach you for more information.
For the convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order with a Direct Signature Required. All orders over $300 are shipped signature required at no charge, unless otherwise selected by the customer. Orders under $300 have the option of adding a signature required delivery for a $3 fee.
Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery.
UPS may NOT choose to deliver to apartments if the delivery driver does not reach anyone at the apartment at the time of delivery. UPS drivers have the discretion to leave a package at a door, or apartment office, but may not choose to do so. Please make alternative arrangements if you do not expect to be at home during delivery, or if your apartment has security access policies for deliveries. Heels.com is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to UPS inability to deliver securely.
