I love the shoe, as I needed at least a 4" heel for my October wedding. The shoe is actually close to 4 3/4" when measured from the outside. It is listed as a 5" heel on the Chinese Laundry Website.

The shoe feels like it is only 2". It is beyond comfortable. I could actually run in them and do a cheerleading toe touch!!!!

The customer service at Heels.com is unbelievable. The shoes arrived in a day (beautifully wrapped). This is by far the best online shoe store and I wish this company much success!
