This is a very delicate shoe so be careful when you're wearing it. I scuffed the shoe getting into my car (on the backside of the heel) and it won't come out. I also managed to scuff the front of the shoe (right on upper part near my big toe) and the patent leather scraped off... there's white material underneath. The shoes are ruined after just one wear. Take this as a warning to be very careful when wearing these awesome shoes. I love them and received compliments on them, so I'm a little bummed that they're no longer wearable.
