Overall this shoe from Paris Hilton were my first purchase and I am loving it. I am a true size 5 and I had to purchase a half size larger to get my feet in it. Overall, I love the style, it's pretty high and I love the fact that the under sole has a pinkish color, which make it unique and sexy!
