The High Shine heel incorporates all types of shine in its repertoire with a chic black leather upper, a rhinestone encrusted circle at the vamp followed by mirrored jewels along the t-strap, an adjustable ankle strap, all atop a 11/2 inch platform and a 4 ½ inch self-covered stiletto heel.
