Pros: Very comfy for a high heel. plenty of width across the ball of the foot. No toes being squished.
Cons: Came with left foot size 6 1/2, right foot size 7. Apparently the returns at heels.com didn't do a good check before they sent them out again :P

Very comfy shoe for a 5 inch heel. I really like the look, very sexy. Disappointed with the two different shoe sizes I received when I ordered a size 7. It looks like someone before me ordered both a 6 1/2 and a 7 and mixed them up when they returned. Calls to customer service were not helpful, as the size was out of stock. No other help was offered. After some complaining on my part, they offered a discount on the next pair I buy from them. Rather optimistic on their part. Nice shoe but lame customer service.
