Make waves with this stunning sandal from Carlos by Carlos Santana. The Turbulence sandal features a fancy distressed silver braided and strappy upper that begins at the toe with four joining straps, a braided strap leading up to the ankle and encasing the heel in slingback fashion. To finish, Turbulence has a black shiny 4 inch stiletto heel and ¼ inch platform with a rubberized sole for traction.
