Heels.com provides discounted Two Day Delivery and Overnight options at checkout for an additional charge. If one of these shipping options is selected, your package will ship with your chosen method of shipping.
Please be advised all estimates count Business Days only. Our shipping partners consider Business Days to be Monday through Friday -- they exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays.
Our expedited orders are guaranteed to arrive the specified amount of time after the ship date. Standard shipping orders are not guaranteed, and the delivery estimate of 3-8 days is an estimate only.

When your package ships, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number.
Please be advised "business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
Please be advised if your tracking number doesn't immediately work, that sometimes it takes about half a day for UPS to have your label information online --simply check it again later.
Your order may include items originating from multiple locations. In this case you may receive multiple shipment confirmations for different items in your order.
We ship from many places!
Some of our orders ship from our home store. Some of our orders ship directly from a partner store. Some of our orders ship from Amazon's warehouses, where we keep a great deal of our inventory stored with them. So your order may originate from an unexpected location, and may even come in separate boxes all addressed to you.
However, all returns should always be directed to Heels.com. Please see our returns information for more info.
Heels.com guarantees our Overnight and Two Day shipping. We will refund your shipping cost if your package takes excess time in transit.
We will NOT refund for mistaken shipping selections.
Heels.com uses extremely reliable shipping partners. Air packages very rarely arrive late; it normally happens only due to catastrophic weather. Heels.com will always assist our valued customers in this situation. If you paid for shipping and your package takes longer in transit than 1 business day (overnight) or 2 business days (Two Day Air) then feel free to let us know. We will refund your shipping cost for you, with our sincere apologies.
However Heels.com under no circumstances will refund for a misunderstood shipping arrival. If your order is placed after 12 Noon Eastern time and ships on the following business day, it shipped correctly. If your overnight package ships on Friday and arrives on Monday, it shipped correctly. We will also consider a package on-time if a delivery is attempted on the correct promised delivery date. We hope our customers understand that we communicate our shipping policies as clearly as possible, and we cannot refund for a misunderstood departure or arrival time.
Clearance items are discounted, and qualify for buy one get one free when coupon code BOGO is used on an order containing two or more eligible items. They are final sale, and are not eligible for return.
For the convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order Signature Required. All orders over $300 are shipped signature required at no charge. Orders under $300 have the option of adding a signature required delivery for a $3 fee. With a signature, we can guarantee your package to your hands.
Heels.com highly recommends a signature. Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery.
If you are not home at the time of the attempt, the driver may choose to reattempt delivery at another time or return the package to the sender if several attempts are made without success. Please make alternative arrangements if you do not expect to be at home during delivery, or if your apartment has security access policies for deliveries. Heels.com is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to UPS inability to deliver securely.

If you ship without a signature, UPS has permission to leave your package outside the door. Although most delivery drivers do knock or ring the bell, they are not required to do so and may leave the package outside.
We cannot guarantee that UPS will leave the package outside. UPS may choose NOT to deliver if the delivery driver does not reach anyone at the time of delivery. At his or her discretion, the driver may choose to reattempt delivery at another time or return the package to the sender if several attempts are made without success. Please make alternative arrangements if you do not expect to be at home during delivery, or if your apartment has security access policies for deliveries. We offer UPS Next Day Delivery for an additional charge that is calculated during checkout. Please note that Overnight delivery can only arrive on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Friday with Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.
If you submit your order and find a problem with your address, you will need to contact us immediately. You cannot change your address online – only a Heels.com Representative can adjust your address.
Don’t worry! We can change your address for free until your order has shipped. After shipment, fees apply (see below). Please call us at 1 866 334 3357 or contact us by email using this form to inform us immediately of any address changes.

If you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has shipped. We cannot change your address any longer. There are no exceptions – when you receive the shipping confirmation email, your package has left the warehouse. All changes after this time must be filed with UPS and a $15 address change fee applies.
We can request that UPS halt the package and re–label it with your new address. A $15 address change fee and a delay of up to 24 hours will apply to your delivery.
We apologize, but this fee exists regardless of how large or small the change is. A single digit on the zip code or an apartment number added will still incur this fee. We can’t avoid it– it is the UPS address change fee.
Apartment numbers in particular provide a problem for UPS when they are missing. If your address is missing the apartment number, you will need to call us and accept this charge so we can add it to your shipment. We are sorry, but UPS will not deliver without the apartment number to an apartment complex of any kind. Without an apartment number, UPS will eventually return the package to us. We are happy to reship your order for free, or to refund you for it upon its return. However, we cannot add an apartment number or change the address in any manner without the fee applied.
Domestic orders require an active telephone number to be entered, which will allow us to quickly contact you if order verification or additional information is required.
Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification.
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment on UPS's website. If you have not received a tracking number and your order status is complete, please check your account history order details and the tracking number will be located at the bottom on the page.
Please be advised that some orders may take one business day to process prior to shipment. Your domestic order will still ship ground, and you will be advised of the tracking number at shipment.
Every order placed by 1PM Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time will be shipped through UPS the same day. However, Heels.com cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. UPS may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order.
