The “Free Two Day Air” is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed on all products. Heels.com makes no guarantees, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to shipping arrival dates or service types. You agree that all provided information about packages and arrivals are estimates only. Heels.com cannot be held responsible for estimates. Heels.com will provide a single, free method of shipping to any domestic U.S. location for non-clearance items only. Clearance items will incur a $0.00 shipping charge. Heels.com does not guarantee any particular service type or speed. You agree that Heels.com will not be held responsible for the arrival date or condition of your package. All shipping charges including service charges such as signature are non-refundable.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Heels.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Heels.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Heels.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Heels.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Heels.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $250.00(U.S.) are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Heels.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Heels.com.
We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with an item of similar or greater value.
Heels.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of North Carolina. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
You agree that any legal action brought against Heels.com, shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on Heels.com website shall be an appropriate Federal or State court located in North Carolina.
The Service allows customers to “try on before you buy” two pairs of shoes for a five day period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Users of the Service agree to comply with any terms, conditions, or policies, which are subject to change at the discretion of Heels.com. We may modify the price, content, or nature of the Service at any time.
You may choose two (2) items from our selection and have them shipped to the your verified billing address. After the items have been delivered, you have 5 business days to decide which items you will keep. You will only be charged for the items you keep after the 5 day “try on” period expires. You will not be charged for the items at the point of placing the order. Typically an initial authorization for $1.00 is processed to verify the validity of the card. As a security measure, Heels at Home orders can only be shipped to a verified billing address in the continental USA. We are not able to ship to a second party; we can only ship to the credit card holder. The user is limited to one Heels at Home order at a time.
All Heels at Home orders will be delivered via FedEx. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped and when FedEx has confirmed delivery. The 5 day “try on” period begins on the FedEx delivery confirmation date. The risk of loss for items shipped passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, FedEx. All FedEx confirmed deliveries are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you are unable to locate a confirmed delivery, you are required to contact Heels.com immediately to place an investigation with FedEx. The cost of products that are lost in transit are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once the delivery has been confirmed, the 5 day “try on” period begins. The user may use the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label to return the items. Heels.com is not responsible for any return shipping costs if you do not use the pre-paid return label that we provide. If you lose the pre-paid return label, you may generate a pre-paid return label in through a form located on our Returns and Exchanges page or by contacting our Customer Service.
You are responsible for notifying Heels.com of any alternate return tracking numbers for your Heels at Home order. Any items that are not shown to be in transit to us after the 5 day “try on” period expires will be deemed as kept. All items kept after the 5 “try on” day period expires will be charged to the validated credit card, and those items will no longer be eligible for any return or refund. Once any return items are received, Heels.com will carefully inspect the returns. Any items that are kept, returned late, or returned in poor condition will be charged to the user within 1-2 business days from being delivered to our Returns Center. Heels.com makes no guarantee of the exact billing time frame for Heels at Home orders.
All returned items must be completely unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging intact to be eligible for return. Items that are received that do not meet the return guidelines will be charged to the credit card on file, and may be sent back to the verified address on the order.
Heels.com reserves the right to ban you from future use of the service at any time if we notice multiple cases of excessive damage to returned items, other failure to comply with our returns guidelines, or failure to pay for items kept through this service.
When you place an order with Heels at Home, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. By agreeing to the Heels at Home terms of service, you authorize Heels.com or its agent to bill your credit card for the applicable amount of the Heels at Home order, as well as any other charges that may incur in connection with your use of the Service. Other fees will be charged to your credit card as you incur them.
If Heels.com does not receive payment from your credit card provider or your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card. Non-payment may result in loss of any promotional discounts. Non-payment may also result in penalty fees charged to your credit card as you incur those fees. You also authorize Heels.com to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due us against any credit card you have on file with us.
Heels.com reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you,including but not limited to charging partial payments, contacting you via telephone, e-mail, regular mail, and SMS messages to your verified mobile phone number. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for said contact. Heels.com also reserves the right to take legal action and/or use third party collections agencies to collect amounts due. Heels.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it already requested or received payment.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us, in writing, about any billing problems or discrepancies within 60 days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring them to our attention, in writing, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

At Heels.com’s sole option, Heels.com may also commence any court action or proceeding to collect amounts due hereunder, to recover its property, and/or to protect Heels.com, in the federal or state courts in the state where you reside, or in the state where the property is located.
